We install shutters made by a manufacturer in the north west of England that also supplies leading high street names including Boots and McDonald’s. Shutters can be customised to meet your brand requirements.
Traditional Shutters
Curtain:
Constructed from (22swg) 75mm curved solid or perforated steel laths and 50mm flat aluminium laths. All laths are interlocked with nylon end locks as standard. 'L' section bottom rails are supplied with each steel curtain as standard and 'T' section bottom rails are supplied with aluminium curtains as standard (and can also be used with the steel shutters if required).
Finishes:
The curtain and guides are galvanised. Angles, barrel and end plates are mild steel. Powder coated BS and RAL colours available. .

Manual operation: 2500mm wide x 2500mm high
Electric operation: 6000mm wide x 4000mm high
Continental Shutters
Curtain:
Constructed from 38mm (solid, perforated or punched) or 55mm solid double skin extruded aluminium non-vented lath. Lateral movement is contained by nylon ends with a bottom rail and weather seal to suit the location. Alternatively vented or non-vented foam-filled lath can be used (in 38mm solid lath only).
Finishes:
Our standard curtain and guide colours are white or brown. However, the curtain and guide sections can be powder coated in a wide range of BS or RAL colours.
Operation:
The operation is by 240V, single-phase tubular motors, rod crank or spring assisted. All motors are supplied by Ellard, a world leader in shutter automation.
